DELF/DALF EXAMS REGULATIONS

Exam Fee is due to confirm registration.
Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE to a future session.
Candidate details will be asked in the confirmation email and must be accurate, this information will be used for official registration, especially the candidate number
Email is the method of contact for all exam matters, so candidate must ensure accuracy of email address.
Dates and Times are set by French Ministry of Education, and cannot be altered.
Late arrivals will not be allowed to take the exam, no exceptions.
Oral exams are separate from written, and will take place later in the day, or on another day. Times/dates are confirmed with candidate and cannot be altered.
Results will be sent to candidate via email 2 to 3 weeks after exam is taken.
Diplomas will arrive at AFNO 2 to 4 months after exam is taken, and candidate will be notified. Local candidates must retrieve diplomas at AFNO. Others can request pre-paid shipping. AFNO will send payment link.
Though rare, AFNO reserves the right to cancel exams under extenuating circumstances and refund exam fees.
