Our next Atelier de Cuisine Francophone takes us to Switzerland and to the Savoie region in Eastern France. A raclette is where cheese is heated and and scraped off (from French: racler) over potatoes, charcuterie, and other foods. Price includes a full meal accompanied by French Wine–You won’t leave hungry!
In partnership with the French-American Chamber of Commerce’s Fête des Fromages, we will be hosting a traditional Raclette where melted cheese is scraped (French: Racler) over potatoes, charcuterie, and other foods.
French wine will be served as well.
