This short, focused series (5 × 1 hour) is designed to help you hear, understand, and produce French sounds more clearly and confidently. Work on vowels, consonants, rhythm, and intonation with practical exercises you can use right away.

 Our January Ciné Club 🎬

Come around for our monthly Ciné-Club and discover Notre-Dame on Fire (French: Notre-Dame brûle), a 2022 disaster film based on the Notre-Dame de Paris fire that occurred on 15 April 2019. The film is directed by multi-award winner Jean-Jacques Annaud.


Sounds of Francophone world!

We’re proud to partner with the Putumayo Celebrate the World Festival this Sunday for a joyful celebration of global sounds, cultures, and community. Francophone artists from Senegal and Cuba will take the stage, with a special highlight featuring Senegalese artist Cheikh Ibra Fam. Free for kids under 13, —bring friends and family and celebrate the world with us.

Join French archaeologist Christophe Besnier as he reveals extraordinary discoveries made beneath Notre-Dame Cathedral after the 2019 fire. From medieval artifacts to mysterious sarcophagi, this rare lecture tour brings French research to Louisiana audiences, with stops in New Orleans as part of a tour with the Alliances Françaises of Houston and Dallas in partnership with the French General Consulate in Louisiana.
